NON-Aggressive Diversion Security

A Diversion Security device that deters homeless individuals or looters from remaining on your property or other covered areas that are out of sight.

The Device

Blue Light Alarm strobe

A visual Non-aggressive strobe so that it allows the person not to be able to sleep or settle down, also. keeps drug addicts from being able to perform their actions.

Cricket Sound off

The natural Non-aggressive cricket chime allows this device to annoy the person to get them to move along, but not annoy everybody in the surrounding area.

Motion Activation

A standard security motion activated device.

All in one kit

Comes with a Hex Wrench (Allen Wrench)

Why It Works for Property Owners:

Total Biohazard Elimination

Customers report immediate success in stopping the accumulation of human waste, used hypodermic needles, and drug paraphernalia in garages, carports, and entryways.

The "Early Warning" Advantage

More than just a deterrent, the motion-activated “cricket” chirp acts as a safety alert. Families can hear when a trespasser is present and wait for the area to clear before approaching their vehicles or homes.

Organic, Grassroots Success

Built entirely on word-of-mouth and real-world results—not government grants or NGO funding—the Blue Chirper is a tool for the people, by the people.

Rapid, Reliable Fulfillment:

Fully Functional E-Commerce

Orders are processed through the Official Blue Chirper Shop using all major credit cards.

Fast Shipping

Since the launch of our automated system in December 2024, orders (like the landmark Order #620) consistently ship within 24 hours, often arriving at the customer’s door in just 3 to 4 business days.

A Cross-Continental Solution:

From Hawaii and Alaska to Florida and New York, and across to British Columbia and Ottawa, the Blue Chirper is providing a clean, non-confrontational way to reclaim private property from the hazards of vagrancy.

It’s a video where I show that we TEST every Blue Chirper to make sure it conforms with the National Institutes of Health‘s (NIH) recommendations on Non-Aggressive, safe dB levels:

“We set the audio level of our Blue Chirper right here at the “factory”. Making certain that it is below 70-Decibels (dB). Here’s a video of a test just before packing & shipping. You can clearly see that this Blue Chirper’s maximum volume is 66.5 dB. “A noise level of 65 dB is considered a moderate level, similar to a normal conversation or a noisy office environment. It’s not loud enough to cause immediate hearing damage”, states the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The North American Cricket, Gryllus assimilis, chirps at a level between 60-85 dB. So the Blue Chirper’s audio level is on the LOW side of mid-range and, thus, perfectly legal and not a California Penal Code (CPC) §415 violation.

Testimonials

Thank you Stephen. We set it up last month and had success within a few days. It worked great! Thank you again for your assistance.
Yep. After 1 day the 3 tents turned to 2. Within 2 days the 2 tents moved 30 feet down the block. Within 10 days they left. I do believe the moving 30 feet was key, as they were now closer to a lot more traffic which I believe they did not like.

Good morning, this our second weekend with the chirper in place this area of extends with a ramp on one side and steps on the opposite side 25 feet each way I have had to repaint this area probably three times a week On average because of graffiti along with washing it down and trash cleanup on a daily basis…… so far so good …..Thank You

(The Blue Chirper) works amazing. There were people sleeping back here in our garage at night. Some would leave their needles and things like that. Their food. And they're all gone now.
For my family and me it has been nothing less than a total reinvention of our life in our building. We could not even to do something as simple as being able to park or go out to our car without fear. With (the Blue Chirper) we now have peace of mind. When we hear the crickets chirping, we know there's a drifter in our carport. We wait for the sound to clear in about a minute or two, and then we are able to get to our car.
Frustrated by the unhoused population in his neighborhood, a Santa Monica man has developed a chirping deterrent that he believes bothers transients enough that they will find another place to campout.
