The Metro RainHat

Since Blue Chirpers are not waterproof, we had to develop a ‘RainHat’ for customers who want to mount them on Pole Brackets.  Here is The Answer: The Metro RainHat.  It attaches directly to the Pole Bracket, once you’ve installed it on your pole and the Blue Chirper is mounted and powered-up on the Pole Bracket.  The Metro RainHat just fits completely over the entire assembly and attaches to the Pole Bracket with 4 (supplied) washers, plastic spacers and wingnuts.  The flexible, waterproof, 22AWG UF cable you use to connect your Blue Chirper from the adjacent Electrical Box  just goes right under either side of the Metro RainHat.  A simple solution to waterproof your Blue Chirper on a Pole Bracket.
