Blue Chirper saving the LA Promenade from the homeless squatting
Barney’s Beanery on the Promenade has installed Stephen McMahon’s Blue Chirper device to deter homeless encampments near its entrance and outdoor seating. McMahon’s invention, reported in May 2023, was created to address similar issues in his own property.
